Design
and photography by Image in Design form the visual elements of a
site with depth that allows only authorised users to update news,
events and almost every element of the site. These changes can be
delegated
but only go live upon review and approval. I added mulyi-layered
content management using a bespoke database design alongside Macromedia
Contribute
providing for great flexibility in handling content for six counties
and on a regional basis. A site that from end to end uses the full
range of my experience and expertise.
Here
I was given a design brief and subsequently set up this online
marketplace for fine art. There are multiple search and view options
for users, everything is immaculately presented and the owners of
the site control everything through a clear easy to use interface.
Pier32
had a site which created the wrong impression - both with search
engines and its vistors. Sound search optimisation techniques have
brought in many new customers; the site itself allows the business
to present itself and its products in a way which has turned a far
greater proportion of those visitors into customers, leading to budgets
for offline advertising being slashed.
Soulinks.org
is a holistic connections site serving a community of members. Sophisticated
matching algorithms allow members a range of ways to contact other
like minded individuals. I was provided with a design brief
but the site otherwise is wholly of bespoke manufacture including
internal mail and instant messaging systems.
Photoconnect.net
is an online marketplace for the sale of photography by me
and other invited photographers. This is a complete design by myself
and of course carries much of my photography. It follows a unique
approach which ensures that for searches for stock photography on
almost any subject matter on Google, as long as the site has the
images, the images will often be found on the first page.
Endless
Perception is a firm of consultants involved in business training
coaching and consulting. Here I handled the complete site design
and helped select the photography that is used extensively throughout
the site.
My
photography and design skills have been employed to excellent effect
for this site which supports a firm of Personal Trainers in the City
of London.
I
was provided
with the basic logo and worked up the design from that point on.
An easy to use database allows the
client to manage the site themselves.
